How long does delivery usually take?
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress all the way to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. The best thing to do is contact us as soon as possible after placing the order so we can check the status and assist you.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order includes free shipping. There are no minimum purchase requirements or special conditions. We simply want delivery to feel easy and worry free.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment, we ship only within the United States. This allows us to maintain a reliable and consistent service for our local customers. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will announce it to our community.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require a few additional days before the refund appears on your account.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Start by checking the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 7 business days have passed and your package still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at support@solene-mode.com and we will investigate the situation right away.

What is your return policy?
If you decide an item is not right for you, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Simply contact our team at support@solene-mode.com and we will guide you through the return process.

Do you offer exchanges?
