Customers have 60 days from the date their order is delivered to request a return.

  • All original packaging must be included

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your return. This helps ensure the package arrives safely and allows both you and our team to monitor the shipment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, exchanges are available upon request. Please contact support@solene-mode.com with your order number and the details of the item you would like instead. Our team will assist you with the exchange process.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions.

After the inspection is completed, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transfer before the funds appear in your account.
